I found it inspirational and particularly useful for people in my position – senior / late in career BUT without regular informal access to the current arriving generations; how they think, what they do and don’t want. How to deal with them in a way that gets the best out of everyone and retains that level of input. That’s quite an achievement. Some very interesting writing and memory enhancing techniques which would be useful in other books like this.
