AWARENESS & ADJUSTMENT

Business projects are more complex and progressing at a faster pace. Office and team dynamics and schedules are changing as employees utilize mobile-enabled tools to respond flexibly and adjust to marketplace developments.

In this workshop, Sophie demonstrates why understanding individual preferred work styles and settings is important for working effectively, especially as growing numbers of independent contractors and freelancers become extended team members.

Interactive exercises help participants recognize how, when, and where they can work best with team mates, accommodating a combination of preferences to optimize group performance. Engage Sophie to help identify individual and team adjustments that will increase productivity.
